The B-24H-20-DT, Serial No.: 41-28948, Marking: EE-K from the 8th Air Force, 389th Bomb Group, 565th Squadron was presented to an interested public in September 1945 at Basel-Birsfelden. B-24H made an emergency landing at Basel-Birsfelden on July 12, 1944. The B-24H was flown over to Dübendorf after the exhibition and definitely left Switzerland for Burtonwood (England) on October 15, 1945.
